Account Deletion Policy

Qalb AI respects users' rights to control their personal information.

How to Delete Your Account

Method 1: Through the App

1. Open Qalb AI.

2. Go to Settings.

3. Select Account Settings.

4. Tap Delete Account.

5. Confirm deletion.

Method 2: Through Support

Email: bhaihanfi@gmail.com

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Include:

• Registered email address

• User ID (if available)

What Happens After Deletion

Upon deletion request:

• Your account will be deactivated.

• Profile information will be removed.

• Access to premium features will end.

• AI chat history may be deleted.

• Consultant messages may be removed where technically feasible.

Certain information may be retained where required by law, fraud prevention, security, or legitimate business purposes.

Deletion Processing Time

Most requests are processed within 30 days.
